Mr. Fischer began with the Los Angeles insurance defense firm of Hosp, Lytle, Richard & Granieri in 1986 becoming an associate in 1989, wherein he emphasized a full range civil litigation practice. Todd represented national insurance companies, financial institutions, and corporations, handling all aspects of their litigation from pre-trial discovery to appeal. 

In 1992, Todd was one of the founding partners of Fischer, Norris & Schrader. He currently concentrates his practice on civil litigation matters which encompass all

areas of insurance law and liability. He handles litigation cases ranging from the defense of personal injury to complex liability issues. 

Todd has litigated a wide variety of cases, including wrongful death actions, construction defects, insurance coverage, subrogation, product liability, premises liability, creditor-debtor litigation, and federal civil rights actions.  He continues to counsel businesses and corporations throughout California. 

Ms. Schoneman began her legal career in 2005 with the defense firm Bohl & Wohlgemuth, which eventually became known as Bohl Nixon & Schoneman. In 2016, Tina co-founded the Cabral Schoneman firm, where she continued her complex litigation practice.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Tina spent 16 years working for a major insurance company. Her first-hand knowledge of underwriting and claims processes, along with her experience working with policyholders, has provided her the ability to craft resolutions that are favorable to both clients and insurance companies alike.

Tina has extensive litigation experience representing subcontractors, material suppliers, and business owners in general business disputes, complex construction defect cases, subrogation claims, premises liability, property damage, and product liability cases throughout California. She also consults business owners in areas of risk management and risk avoidance. She is a licensed insurance broker.

Mr. Crawford is a seasoned litigator that has extensive experience handling personal injury, premises liability, construction defect and commercial contract cases.  He has tried in excess of 30 cases to verdict.  

David began his legal career in 1985 working for a private insurance defense firm.  He later transitioned to staff counsel roles with major insurance companies, including Safeco, AAA of Southern California, and Zurich North American Insurance.

Prior to retiring from Zurich N.A, David held the position of chief trial attorney. He also served as judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

David handles special cases for the firm.

Ms. Bednar has been a civil litigation attorney since 1988 and has handled a wide variety of cases on both the plaintiff and defense side in matters involving personal injury, products liability, estate and trust disputes, contract and business matters, business torts, elder financial abuse, landlord-tenant issues, real property law, and professional negligence.

In 2005, she founded the Law Office of Jane E. Bednar, a general civil litigation practice representing clients throughout the Central Coast, the Bay Area and Northern California. She began her legal career as associate attorney at Belli & Sabih in Pacific Grove, California, where she handled a wide range of tort cases on behalf of plaintiffs. Jane has significant experience in both jury and bench trials. 

Jane also is a Certified Mediator and is a member of the court-directed mediation panel for the Monterey County Superior Court.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jane was a journalist for daily newspapers and for The Associated Press. She is a native of Minnesota, where she graduated from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
