Mr. Fischer began with the Los Angeles insurance defense firm of Hosp, Lytle, Richard & Granieri in 1986 becoming an associate in 1989, wherein he emphasized a full range civil litigation practice. Todd represented national insurance companies, financial institutions, and corporations, handling all aspects of their litigation from pre-trial discovery to appeal.
In 1992, Todd was one of the founding partners of Fischer, Norris & Schrader. He currently concentrates his practice on civil litigation matters which encompass all
areas of insurance law and liability. He handles litigation cases ranging from the defense of personal injury to complex liability issues.
Todd has litigated a wide variety of cases, including wrongful death actions, construction defects, insurance coverage, subrogation, product liability, premises liability, creditor-debtor litigation, and federal civil rights actions. He continues to counsel businesses and corporations throughout California.
